Stag Oak and Pine offers 100% free delivery for all deliveries made within 20 miles of our main showroom in Rugeley, Staffordshire. Deliveries that require travelling further than 20 miles from our main showroom do not qualify for free delivery and will necessitate a surcharge which will be made clear during checkout.
Our free local delivery option is available for all deliveries to premises within 20 miles of our main showroom.
A delivery surcharge is required for deliveries that fall outside of the delivery zone of 20 miles from our Rugeley showroom.
This service permits our delivery driver to transport your items to any ground floor room which provides reasonable access.
Assistance may be required in transporting your items to your requested ground floor destination if there are obstacles or access issues preventing our delivery driver from reaching the requested ground floor destination.
We will aim to deliver your items to you within 7-14 working days, unless you have requested a later delivery date. You will be notified by phone in good time when we intend to deliver your items to your specified address.
You are permitted to reschedule a delivery and we will discuss future available slots.
You are not required to be present for the delivery. If you have specified a ‘safe place’ for delivery, such as a neighbour or local storage, we will try to honour that request.
Our two-man delivery option works similarly to our one-man delivery option, but due to the additional manpower, we are now able to transport your items to any room of your choosing, including upstairs or downstairs locations.
This service can be selected during checkout. This service must be selected if your items must be transported upstairs or downstairs or we will only have the manpower to deliver your items to a same-floor location.
This service involves a two-man delivery and your items will be carefully unwrapped or unpackaged, transported to the upstairs or downstairs room of your choice and all unnecessary packaging taken away.
If your items require assembly, our team will also fully assemble your items and ensure that they are complete and ready for use.
